Overview:
Join us as we dive deeper into historic movement based emotional regulation skills that help promote clinicians protective factors from compassion fatigue. We’ll teach somatic based skills that utilize a “bottom up” approach to regulate the nervous system. The skills that will be taught include, but are not limited to, pressure points, eye movement, breath work, rhythm, sound, vibration, patting/tapping, and bilateral stimulation of the brain.
