Overview/Objectives:

• Participants will be able to identify the emotions and behaviors associated with the three primary physiological states of threat/safety.
• Participants will learn the general pathways of trauma deactivation in the nervous system.
• Participants will learn two somatic skills to apply in supporting deactivation in the nervous system.
• Participants will learn how to support their own nervous systems when working with others.
