Cari Wolfe’s journey with the Michigan Certification Board for Addiction Professionals (MCBAP) started in April 2022, where she began as an Administrative Assistant and now works as a Credentialing Specialist. In her role, she’s all about supporting professionals in the substance use disorder field while also growing her own understanding of addiction and recovery.
Her passion for this work runs deep, both personally and professionally. “My daughter, who holds the Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) credential through MCBAP, is a huge inspiration for me. I am so proud of my daughter’s dedication and the incredible work that all credentialed professionals do for vulnerable communities.”
In her spare time, Cari is an Associate professor teaching art history. She also looks forward to the day she gets to spoil a basket of grandbabies.
