Stephanie Durbin, CAPM®
Data and Project Specialist
“Having seen loved ones struggle with substance use disorder, I truly appreciate the incredible work our credential holders do every day. My goal is to support them where I am able, so they can continue doing the hard work that makes such a difference.”
Stephanie has been part of MCBAP since 2021, first as an Administrative Assistant, then a Credentialing Specialist. She was promoted into the role of Data & Project Specialist in August 2024, but her passion goes far beyond spreadsheets and timelines. Having seen loved ones struggle with substance use disorder, she deeply appreciates the tireless work MCBAP credential holders do every day to support those who need it most. She is inspired by being part of a team making such a meaningful impact.
When she is not wrangling data or steering projects or supporting one of her team members, she can probably be found chasing after one of her two rebellious dogs who thinks collars are optional, snuggling with the more angelic pup, cheering on her amazing kid, or listening to records with her husband.
Stephanie loves learning new skills, meeting new people, and gaining fresh perspectives—whether that’s at work or in life. And if there’s a beach nearby? She might just be caught lounging there with a good book (preferably without a runaway dog in sight).
