This training will highlight the importance of some foundational ethical considerations and concepts. We will:

  • Discuss and better understand the Peer role and responsibilities.
  • Discuss and better understand the Peer Support framework and philosophy.
  • Define and explore the importance of boundary management.
  • Discuss, define, and practice making ethical considerations, and ethical decisions.
  • Explore the Principles of ethical decision making.
  • Develop and practice maintaining healthy boundaries.
  • Practice our newly acquired Ethical skills.
