Overview:
Data indicates increased use of nicotine products via smoking or vaping and especially among adolescents. In this workshop you will learn the immediate and long-term effects of nicotine on brain and body, why it is so easy to start and so hard to quit, regardless of how it is consumed. Motivational Interviewing techniques will be integrated throughout and additional established prevention and treatment programming will be introduced.
