Michigan Certification Board for Addiction Professionals (MCBAP) is thrilled to announce the reveal of a new logo and website thanks to the incredible feedback from certified substance use disorder professionals throughout the state.
Over 1,000 certified professionals voted to choose the fresh, new logo. The new logo reflects a true sense of pride in the credential.
MCBAP has been tracking feedback from hundreds of daily site visitors. Feedback was then used to give the website a complete makeover. The goal was to make the site visually appealing and easy to navigate.

We’ve been listening closely and couldn’t be more excited to present an upgraded online experience that truly speaks to the needs of our community of substance use disorder specialists.” said Jennifer Mitchell, Executive Director at the Michigan Certification Board for Addiction Professionals. “Our mission is to create a warm, welcoming online space where you feel heard, understood, and proud. We can’t wait for you to explore our new logo and website. You’ll see these changes reflected on our Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram social media accounts as well.”
Michigan Certification Board for Addiction Professionals (MCBAP) is the most active authority for professional substance use disorder prevention, treatment, and recovery credentialing in Michigan. Their mission is to provide public protection and promote quality services through certification of professionals engaging in the prevention of alcohol, tobacco and other drug problems and the assessment and treatment of addictions.
