Vanessa Wojtowicz
Credentialing Specialist
“I have made it my life’s purpose to advocate for others in breaking generational traumas and after experiencing personal loss of family members to substance use, it is vital to learn how to reshape past traumas into growth and healing for a more fulfilling life.“
With a Bachelor of Science in Community Development from Central Michigan University, Vanessa has spent the past 20 years working in victim advocacy and state licensing. Her career has been dedicated to supporting individuals in need and navigating the complexities of state regulations. She plans to use her previous experience in assisting the public to provide exceptional customer service at MCBAP. She feels the work of MCBAP credential holders is important to strengthen families and communities.
As a proud parent of two, she is passionate about making a positive impact in her community both professionally and personally.
She is also excited to be pursuing her master’s degree in Mental Health and Counseling from Central Michigan University, furthering her ability to support others and deepen her understanding of the emotional and psychological needs of individuals.
